Mental Health Awareness is a term used to describe efforts aimed at increasing knowledge, understanding, and support for mental health issues and conditions. It involves raising public consciousness about mental health, reducing stigma and discrimination, and promoting access to mental health resources and treatments.

It has become increasingly recognized that mental health is just as crucial as physical health and should be given the same level of attention and care.

By increasing awareness, people are more likely to recognize the signs and symptoms of mental illness in themselves or others and seek help promptly.

3. Enhancing access to resources: Mental health awareness campaigns also focus on promoting access to mental health resources and services. This may involve providing information
